01. SUBMIT AN INQUIRY
Filling out our brief inquiry form gives us the basic information for us to get started. The most important detail is ensuring we are available on your wedding date.
02. SCHEDULE A CALL
After your inquiry we will schedule a brief phone call where we can discuss your vision, get to know each other, and discuss pricing. After the call you will receive a quote that matches our phone discussion. An acceptance of the quote signals that you are ready for contract and invoice.
03. ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Most of our packages include an engagement session, giving you the chance to step in front of our camera before the wedding day. Since we’ll be by your side for much of your celebration, it’s important that we get to know each other and build a sense of comfort. Being photographed can feel intimidating at first, but this session helps ease any nerves—so when your wedding day arrives, you can be fully present and confident, free from self-consciousness.

04. TIMELINE DISCUSSION
A photo timeline is an essential part of planning your wedding day, as it helps guide important details like when hair and makeup should be finished, when family should arrive, how long cocktail hour will last, and more. If you’re working with a planner, we’ll collaborate closely to create a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.
05. WEDDING DAY
Our packages are designed to cover the heart of your wedding day, which typically means we’re with you for 9–10 hours. Throughout the day, we strike a balance—blending into the background to capture candid moments naturally, while stepping in with clear direction whenever it’s needed.
06. SNEAK PEEK
The sneak peek is a taste of what is to come. It provides a little piece of each part of the wedding day while you wait for your full gallery to be delivered.
07. GALLERY DELIVERY
We deliver all of our galleries using an online platform that allows you to download and print as you please. You can also design an album in your gallery.

The first step is to fill out our contact form so we can set up an introduction. This gives us a chance to connect, learn more about your vision, go over package options, and answer any questions you may have.

Absolutely! We love destination weddings! Since they often require multiple days of coverage, we create custom packages tailored to your unique needs.
03. How do you protect photos from the wedding day?
We use dual card slot cameras, ensuring every photo is backed up in real time. After the wedding, we create a third copy for extra security and keep all backups until your final gallery is delivered.
04. Do you offer Photo Albums?
Though you have the freedom to create and print your own album directly from your gallery, we would be thrilled to design your album for you!
