As a photographer, I have the privilege of capturing love stories in all their unique and enchanting forms. Recently, I had the pleasure of documenting a rust and beige wedding at an open-air chapel in the picturesque town of Goldsboro, NC. This wedding was a true fairytale come to life, as the bride, a huge Disney fan, sprinkled small magical details throughout the day, culminating in a choreographed first dance to the soundtrack of the live-action Cinderella.
The open-air chapel provided a breathtaking backdrop for the ceremony. Nestled amidst lush greenery and bathed in warm golden sunlight, the chapel exuded an ethereal charm. Adorned with rustic rust and beige accents, the decor perfectly complemented the natural surroundings. It was a testament to the couple's impeccable taste and attention to detail.
The bride, a true Disney aficionado, incorporated subtle touches of her favorite fairytales throughout the day. From the music playing throughout the ceremony and reception, to the Olaf quote with the fans for guests, to the beautiful beauty and the beast inspired guest seating chart.
One of the most unforgettable moments of the day was the couple's choreographed first dance to the live-action Cinderella soundtrack. As the couple glided across the dance floor, their movements perfectly synchronized with the enchanting melodies, it felt like a scene straight out of a Disney movie. The guests were captivated by the couple's grace and elegance, and I made sure to capture every twirl and dip, preserving this magical moment for eternity.
Throughout the reception, laughter and joy filled the air. The speeches were filled with heartfelt anecdotes and well wishes for the couple's happily ever after. The dance floor came alive as guests kicked off their shoes and danced the night away, reveling in the celebration of love and unity.
As the evening drew to a close, the couple bid farewell to their loved ones, embarking on a new chapter of their lives together. We had planned for a sparkler exit, but unfortunately it was raining, so the guests waved their napkins as the couple left for their honeymoon.
Documenting this rust and beige wedding at the open-air chapel in Goldsboro, NC was an absolute pleasure. From the bride's Disney-inspired details to the choreographed first dance, every element added to the fairytale ambiance of the day. As a photographer, I am grateful for the opportunity to capture these cherished moments, allowing the couple to relive their magical day through the power of imagery.
