This fun engagement session was warmed by the beauty of fall colors and sweet smiles. We spent the day in some of the iconic spots of Waynesville, North Carolina, to capture these precious moments. Lake Junaluska provided winding paths, dreamy lighting, and a perfect impromptu dance floor. After exploring the sights the lake had to offer, we decided to head up to Water Rock Knob to chase that golden hour sunlight.
Zach is originally from Waynesville and is a childhood friend of my wife, Madeline, making this shoot extra special as we celebrated Zach and Catherine's engagement while getting to catch up and reminisce while galivanting through our hometown. Zach and Catherine met while attending Appalachian State University, and now Zach is finishing up a degree in English with the goal of becoming a teacher, and Catherine is the Assistant Vice President of a reinsurance company!
